By using websites under RICHMENT COMPONENTS ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD., you agree to be bound by its Conditions of Use, various policies, disclaimers, and all terms and conditions set out by RICHMENT COMPONENTS ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD.

Definitions

• “We” / “Us”: Refers to RICHMENT COMPONENTS ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD.
• “You”: Refers to the individual, firm, or organization purchasing products in your order.
• Confirmation Email: Email sent by us after an initial sales order is processed.
• Sales Orders: Orders submitted via our website or email platform.

1. Pre-Sales / Orders / Age

1. All sales orders submitted via our website are subject to acceptance.
2. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any sales order, even after confirmation and payment. A full refund will be issued for the cancelled product(s).
3. Only individuals aged 18 and above may submit a sales order through our website.

2. Payment

1. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
2. Full payment must be made before any delivery.
3. For consumer purchases, payment options include PayPal or cash upon delivery.
4. For corporate purchases, payment by cheque or cash upon delivery is accepted.

3. Website Discrepancies

1. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. We reserve the right to correct discrepancies and revoke offers even after order submission and payment.
3. Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary based on your screen settings.

4. Delivery / Self-Collection (Local Orders Only)

1. Delivery occurs 3–5 working days after order processing.
2. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
   
3. Charges vary by location and parcel size, and will be quoted in advance.
4. Deliveries are restricted to Singapore Main Island and Sentosa (excludes Jurong Island and government-restricted areas).
5. Self-collection is available at:
   48 Hillview Terrace, #07-01, Hillview Building, Singapore 669269
   Please present your confirmation email upon collection.
6. For exchanges, delivery charges are not included and only the product price will be considered.

5. Cancellation, Exchanges & Returns

1. We reserve the right to refund any product even after order confirmation.
2. In line with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, we may request proof (or require disproof, depending on timing) that a product was faulty at delivery.
3. The Lemon Law does not apply if a defect was disclosed or should have been discovered during pre-purchase inspection.
4. Display items sold at discounted prices due to wear and tear cannot be returned unless faulty at the time of purchase.
5. No cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lower value. Purchases made through third-party sellers are not eligible.
6. Faulty products may be returned within 7 days from purchase. Action taken depends on the brand's return policy.
7. Delivery fees are non-refundable during exchanges.
8. We reserve the right to make final decisions in any dispute.

6. Warranty

1. For branded products, warranties are honored according to the manufacturer’s or distributor’s terms. Please contact them directly for claims.
2. For in-house (home brand) products, warranties only apply within 7 days of purchase unless stated otherwise at time of sale.

7. Website Use

1. Use of our websites is at your own risk.
2. We may terminate your access if misuse is detected.
3. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages from using our website, including data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions.

8. Third-Party Rights

1. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B), no person who is not a party to these terms shall have the right to enforce them.

9. Governing Law

1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
